MADE IN SCOTLAND from Old fashioned Pewter with a plated finish of Palladium (which won’t scratch or tarnish). Inspiration for the designs is taken from many traditional Scottish elements such as  Luckenbooths (sold from ‘locked booths’ in Edinburgh these were often given on betrothal and became family heirlooms)   In ancient times, perhaps wisely!, a lack of trust in banks meant that many carried their wealth about their person – often in the form of brooches, elaborately decorated with gem stones. Today those here with stones are mainly good quality glass stones, though some do feature natural stones. The designs are of timeless beauty and enduring appeal.     1 1/4″ (3cm) x 1.5″ (4cm)
