All orders will be shipped by Canada Post, Expedited unless specified otherwise

All special and custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be processed at time of purchase for Special order items.

If you are unsatisfied with products upon receipt, please contact us right away by phone or email.  Most items can be returned.

If the items are defective, we will pay the shipping back to you.  If the item was not defective, you will be charged for the shipping.

Items are returnable up to 60 days from purchase date.

 

Shoes and Wigs must be returned unused with tags attached for refund.
