The Sherrifmuir Doublet is a traditional piece of evening wear, worn with a kilt and with high collar and gauntlet cuffs. In the past this was usually worn with a large lace jabot, although increasingly it is worn with a necktie or rouche tie (as shown) under the waistcoat. The sherrifmuir also takes a shoulder plaid for more formal occasions.

To compliment this jacket we suggest wearing a bow tie with a wing collar shirt, dress sporran and 8 yard kilt.
This item is made to order in our own tailoring workshop in Glasgow, with a standard delivery time of 8 t0 10 weeks.
